Home at last Out of the snow Out of the sleet The hail I hated the parties The fun The joy Of Christmas Yet every year I come home to An empty house assumed to be full With family and joy But is really void of all life Except for mine I turn on some music And softly drift asleep Oh how joyous is the holiday time.

The stars dance When we all are asleep They twirl and prance In the sky so deep But I see them at night I see the majestic dance of the heavens Oh! What a sight The dance, so intricately woven like a flock of ravens First they spin, Then they soar, Fluttering in the wind Don't stop! Dance more! This artwork soothes me So I softly close my heavy eyes And drift into slumber softly Dreaming of stars, so beautiful, so wise The stars dance In the hollows of my mind The stars prance Through the midnight sky And I, I see it all The enticement! Of the stars' beck and call Setting me free of my encasement The Dance of the Stars

The way you look at me Kills me slowly inside It makes me wish I could hide From all the memories you left to me That used to fill my heart with glee But then you left I wasn't cool I remember that day walking out of school Like we always did Then you turned to me and said that our friendship was ending I realized that the whole time you were pretending A Facade that made me feel secure The when i thought I was sake you walked out of a hidden door And left me alone In this cruel world A lonely heartbroken little girl
